A 23-YEAR-OLD man charged with violence following a football derby has denied the allegations.
Darren Andrew James Moor, pleaded not guilty to using threatening words or behaviour on March 25 when he appeared at Darlington Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Mr Moor, of Tom Raine Court, Darlington, had previously admitted the charge at his last court appearance.
The offence allegedly happened after the Darlington versus Hartlepool United derby match. He was given conditional bail to appear for a pre-trial review on June 14.
Mr Moor, originally from Northern Ireland, is not allowed to go to a town where England are playing, go to a town where Darlington are playing away , or to enter Neasham Road or Victoria Road, Darlington, when the Quakers are playing at home.
