SIX young table tennis players are preparing to shine at the sport's English Schools Championships on Saturday (APR25).
The youngsters, who are members of Darlington Table Tennis Academy, will represent County Durham at the event in Birmingham.
Erin Greensmith,Katie Peacock,Georgina Peart, Arek Hnat, Luke Robinson and Thomas Rayner have qualified for the event.
All six train at Darlington Table Tennis Academy.
A spokesman for the academy said: "This is the first time we have had representatives at the most prestigious event in the sports calender."
