A DARLINGTON woman has helped raise more than £1,400 for a cancer charity in memory of her late husband.
Claire Fuller lost her husband, Howie, to pancreatic cancer, in 2011.
With the help of family and friends, she has since organised a series of coffee mornings for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The running fundraising total stands at almost £1,500.
Mrs Fuller said: "Without everybody helping me to organise the events, it would not have been possible and I would like to thank everybody who has contributed.
"The money we make goes to help local Macmillan nurses."
