MUSIC lovers can enjoy a free Blues in the Park event at North Lodge Park on May 5.
Musicians will perform in the bandstand from 12.30pm to 4.30pm and there will also be refreshments available.
Further Blues in the Park events will take place throughout the summer, with the next on June 16.
HERBS: The next meeting of the Darlington Gardening Club takes place on May 1 at Bondgate Methodist Church Hall.
It starts at 7.30pm, all are welcome and the speaker is Paul Turner from Gath Cottage Herbs discussing the cultivation of Herbs Plants will be for sale and admission is £2 for members, £2.50 non members.
