A TEENAGER has been charged with a string of offences following a low-speed police chase involving a tractor.
Owen Collinson will appear in court to face charges of drink driving, driving while disqualified, driving with no insurance and failing to stop for police.
The 19-year-old is linked to an incident that saw police respond to reports of a stolen tractor from the Skelton area on Thursday, April 19.
Cleveland Police officers traced the vehicle to the Coast Road in Redcar, where they then pursued it at low speed.
Collinson, of Brotton Road in Carlin Howe, was eventually arrested at the scene and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 17.
