MARJORIE MILLING is trying to find a couple who she met at the final farewell reunion of a school.
She met the couple, Mr and Mrs Gibson, at a reunion of Close House Primary School, in Spennymoor, in 2006, following the closure of the school after 94 years.
The Gibson family ancestors were farmers in the 1800s in Close House. Mrs Milling took the couple to a house their ancestors built and in which her grandmother lived until 1962 when her grandmother died.
She would like to speak to them before a history event at St Marks Church, in Eldon, Bishop Auckland in May, but has lost their contact number.
