POLICE are appealing for information after a bus passenger became involved in a heated arguement with a driver.
The altercation that occurred on the 6A Arriva bus outside Waterstones in Darlington at about 2.25pm on Tuesday.
"A passenger in his mid-60s boarded the bus and an argument took place between the passenger and the driver over the bus fare," a spokeswoman for Durham Police said.
"At the time of the incident there were only two other passengers on board the bus but about 20 people were queuing behind the passenger involved in the altercation."
