TEUNIS SCHUURMAN, a Second World War researcher, is trying to trace next of kin of an RAF airman.
He was Leslie Seton Dewar Swanston, a navigator, who was aged 20 when he died on February 15, 1944, while on a mission to Berlin. His Lancaster bomber crashed in Blokzijl, in The Netherlands. All seven crew members died and are buried in Blokzijl.
Mr Swanston was born in 1923 to Robert John and Constance Sylvia Swanston (nee Gleig) in Berwick, Northumberland. He had a sister Eileen and brother Robert.
