A TEENAGER has been charged with the manslaughter of a serving soldier in a North-East nightclub.
Andrew Gibson, 19, from Cumbernauld, near Glasgow, was left unconcious during an incident in Escapade nightclub in Darlington on December 12 2009.
He died of his injuries five days later in James Cook Memorial Hospital, Middlesbrough.
A 17-year-old male from the Darlington area has been charged with manslaughter and will appear before Newton Aycliffe youth court on Monday, April 19.
