A former Darlington car hire depot could be turned into a block of flats.
Plans to demolish the former Wentworth Self Drive Hire, in Melland Street, and erect a block of 36 flats with car parking and associated works have been submitted to Darlington Borough Council.
The plans also propose to re-develop land adjacent to Parkgate and will be considered by the planning committee.
