TWO men have had their chests waxed to support the Durham County 13-year-olds soccer team.
The sons of both Paul Williamson and David Haywood play for the team, which needs a new kit - but it was their meeting with another player's mum which led to them shedding their chest hair.
Sharon Stephenson, whose son Ryan plays in the squad, is a stylist at the Head Quarterz unisex hair and beauty salon in Silver Street, Durham City. She said: "Paul and David very bravely volunteered to have their chest hair removed.
