CYCLE enthusiasts are being asked their views on plans to develop a Teesside beauty spot.

Members of the public are being invited to a consultation meeting next week on plans to create a series of mountain bike trials through Guisborough Forest.

Guisborough Market Town Partnership commissioned a study into improving cycling facilities in the area.

The group brought together representatives from the Forestry Commission, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Guisborough Estates and cycle track users in the forest, to steer the project.

Bowles Green consultants, who have been researching need and demand to establish the project's feasibility, will be on hand to discuss the project, on Wednesday, March 22, from 2pm to 8pm, at Sunnyfield House, in Westgate, Guisborough.
