A FARMING family is appealing for help to find a dog which has been missing for more than a week.
Six-year-old Jack Russell Millie disappeared from Locker Farm, on Snilesworth Moor, near Osmotherley, on Valentine's Day.
Her owner, Gill Hunton, said she has not been seen since, despite extensive searches of the area and posters being put up.
"We are starting to think that she has been taken by someone," said Mrs Hunton. "We have had search parties out looking everywhere, but she hasn't turned up."
The dog was not wearing a collar and was not micro-chipped.
