SHOWER manufacturer Roman has announced a change to its senior management team.
Company founder and current managing director Gerry Osborne is to take on a new role as chairman, with David Osborne stepping up from marketing director to take over the day-to-day running of the firm.
To complete the changes, Loraine Gamblin, who has been with Roman for three years as marketing manager, will become the new marketing director.
The restructure is due to the growth of the firm over recent years and signals a major change for the County Durham-based company.
