PERFORMING art students from an east Cleveland college will be taking to the stage this week.
The young people from Prior Pursglove College, Guisborough, will perform The Beggar's Opera. The audience is invited to witness the execution of Captain Macheath at the gallows of Tyburn and a farcical romp in London's brothels, taverns and gaols.
Performances take place from tomorrow until Saturday, from 7.30pm.
Tickets, available from the college's student services, cost £3.50 or £2.50 concessions.
