SUNDERLAND'S EDF Energy has appointed STEVE HAYFIELD as director of account and revenue management.
He will be based at EDF's Doxford International site, after moving from Exeter.
He has held several senior management positions at EDF Energy, London Energy, Seeboard Energy and SWEB Energy.
EDF's Doxford operation is the company's largest customer services site in the UK, employing 1,200 people.
