VICKI BROWN has been promoted to manageress of upmarket shop The House, in Yarm, Teesside.
The 34-year-old has been working at The House for two years as a sales assistant.
She joined the company from high street fashion chain Principles. As manageress, she is learning more about the industry's fashion houses and recently attended a training workshop for fashion label Paul Smith.
She said: "We have a lot of regular customers coming into The House and, with knowledge like this, we are able to advise them in the best way possible."
