LAUNCHPAD Homes has appointed JANICE GRAHAM as relationship manager.
Launchpad helps first-time buyers enter the property market by offering rental options, which buyers can use as deposits.
Ms Graham will manage applications and property selection. She joins from Barclays Bank, where she gained 28 years experience as a branch manager and, more recently, as mortgage training manager.
