Healthcare law expert BILL SCANTLEBURY has joined North-East law firm Ward Hadaway as an associate.
With more than 15 years experience with law firms in London and the North-East, most recently at Eversheds, he will be leading the Ward Hadaway team dealing with non-medical negligence claims against the NHS.
Mr Scantlebury, who specialises in personal injury and professional negligence claims, has represented coal mining contractors in the Coal Board compensation liability dispute and was the only solicitor in England dealing with gas explosion work for Transco.
