POLICE have released one of the brothers arrested on suspicion of the murder of Jenny Nicholl.
The man was released without charge late on Thursday night.
A second man was still being questioned this morning.
David and Robert Hodgson were arrested on Tuesday morning after early morning raids on their homes in Olav Road, Richmond.
Police are refusing to say which brother has been released.
Jenny was last seen at her family on June 30.
Her body has never been found.
