A FARM building was severely damaged after fire struck on Tuesday night.
Crews were called to Woodside Farm in Witton Park, Bishop Auckland at 9.30pm.
The blaze was brought under control shortly after midnight, with about 40 tonnes of hay allowed to burn out under supervision of the fire brigade.
