BUSINESSES and entrepreneurs across the region are being urged to enter the 2006 Queen's Awards for Enterprise before the October 31 deadline.
The business awards recognise outstanding achievement in international trade, innovation or sustainable development.
It is the 40th anniversary of the award scheme and winners have ranged from huge multi-national companies to small firms with two employees.
As well as businesses, individuals can also be nominated for The Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion.
