A COUNTY council officer is a key speaker at an international conference.
Maggie Bosanquet, head of Durham County Council's sustainability team, will address a conference in Sweden, on Monday, on green issues.
She said: "Our reputation on sustainability is known around the world. I'll be giving a flavour of some of the work we have been doing, including creating a Fair Trade County.
"Everyone can do their bit from giving up the daily school run and walking, to sustainable construction."
