PLANS to build a three-storey block of five terraced homes have been given unanimous approval for a site in Black Swan Yard, Belle Vue Terrace, Ripon, despite objections from the owners of the Black Swan public house and neighbours at 20 Westgate.
The scheme will result in existing buildings being demolished to make way for the new homes.
