A man has been remanded in custody accused of murdering a 16-year-old schoolgirl.
Kimberley Bage was stabbed to death at her mother's home in Troutpool Close, Central Estate, Hartlepool.
Paul Andrew Knappett, 29, of Wentworth Grove Hartlepool, appeared at Teesside Crown Court today.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge of murder.
He will appear at Teesside Crown Court for trial on December 5 this year.
