A Darlington supermarket has selected the winners of a recent children's competition.
As part of recycling week at Asda, in Whinbush Way, a competition was launched for youngsters to make a model, out of recycled materials, of an animal from the film Madagascar.
The winner of the competition was Holly Robertson, aged ten, from Darlington.
Runners up were five-year-olds Louise Oates and Matthew McGuire, and Megan McGuire, nine.
