POLICE searching for a missing teenager are hopeful that fans at a music festival may hold the key to her whereabouts.
Jenny Nicholl, 19, from Richmond, North Yorkshire, has been missing from home since June 30.
On Friday and Saturday, police passed out a large number of leaflets to fans at the annual Richmond Live event which was held at The Batts.
Jenny is a keen musician and involved with several local bands and police hope that someone at the festival may know where she is.
Inspector Steve Burns from North Yorkshire Police said: "At the moment, it's not thrown up any further development.
"But we've got a great deal of information and we're going through that information and filtering it out and seeing if any new leads have been gathered.
"We're hopeful that with the number of leaflets that were given out that people will be contacting us with information that they may have about Jenny and her possible whereabouts and any contact that they may well have had."
