TEENAGERS are being offered a chance to spice up their holidays with a bit of adventure.
There are still places available on several activities aimed at 13 to 16-year-olds in Hartlepool that have been organised by the council's sports development team as part of its summer programme.
They are:
* An introduction to mountain biking on the North Yorkshire Moors on Monday, from 9am to 5pm. The cost is £10 for Active Card holders, £12 for casual bookings and £8 for concessions.
* Canoeing at Hartlepool Marina, from 10am to 1pm next Wednesday. The session costs £3 for Active Card holders, £4 for casual bookings and £2 for concessions.
* Kayaking at Hartlepool Marina, from 2pm to 4pm on July 28. The cost is £3 for Active Card holders, £4 for casual bookings and £2 for concessions.
* Caving in the Yorkshire Dales on August 3, from 8am to 5pm. The day costs £11 for Active Card holders, £12 for casual bookings and £10 for concessions.
