A NEW pawnbrokers and jewellers will be opened in Darlington tomorrow.
Darlington Football Club manager David Hodgson will perform the official opening of Ramsdens, in Tubwell Row.
Darlington football tickets, signed footballs, T-shirts and carvery vouchers will be up for grabs in a free prize draw.
The store's marketing manager, Lisa Otterburn, said: "We wanted to update our image - our old store in Darlington was slightly old-fashioned.
"The new store is more central and modernised - it's really excellent.
"We are really pleased that Mr Hodgson will be opening the store.
"And we hope that the prize draw will make the opening an attractive event for everyone to enjoy".
The opening of the shop is at 2.30pm.
