A PARTY has been organised for former staff and friends of a school which will close this year.
Rise Carr Primary School, in Darlington, will close this summer despite a campaign by parents to save it.
The school is preparing to close in style with a party on Thursday, July 21.
Staff are asking former employees and friends of the school to confirm their attendance by Tuesday, July 19.
Anyone who would like to attend can telephone (01325) 250700.
