WEEKLY classes in creative hand stitching and machine embroidery begin at Chester-le-Street's Park View Community Association next month.
Victoria MacLeod, a former chairman of Durham Embroiderers' Guild, will provide tuition for either beginners or for enthusiasts keen to make up their own embroidery designs.
Creative stitching classes are on Mondays, from September 11, while machine embroidery sessions begin on Thursday September 14, both running from 6.30 to 8.30pm.
The course fee for each is £25, with further information available from Park View CA, on 0191-388 1043.
