NEWCASTLE United striker Alan Shearer is football's richest man, with an £18m fortune.
The former England captain leads the soccer millionaires in a new list of Britain's 50 richest sports stars.
But his wealth pales into comparison with the country's biggest earner, heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis, who has a personal fortune of £60m.
Business Age magazine claims Shearer rakes in £3m a year for eating a Big Mac, shaving with a Braun razor and drinking Lucozade, as well as pocketing his £2m-plus club salary.
Gateshead-born soccer star Paul Gascoigne is ninth on the list with a £10.5m fortune, while Middlesbrough captain Paul Ince is doing well at number 23 with £5.6m
