The Health Secretary is the latest person to be featured at our Internet section The Interview-e.
Mr Milburn is hoping readers will find the website an easy opportunity to get in touch about the NHS or local issues.
He said:"It's very important that politicians are accessible. In the end we are accountable to the people that elect us and increasing numbers of people are now linking through the Internet."
