SOFTWARE supplier JBA is set to attract substantial business after becoming the exclusive UK resale agent for a supply chain management system.
JBA, of Durham, has formed a strategic partnership with French firm Dynasys to sell the company's systems to industries across the UK.
Peter McLane, managing director of JBA, said: "In order to consolidate our market position we were looking for a supply chain management system that suited our current product portfolio. The ability to integrate the new software with our own systems, combined with Dynasys' impressive 15 years in the industry, ensures there is a complimentary partnership between the two companies."
Dynasys is based in Strasbourg and already boasts Cadbury Schweppes, Nestle and SmithKline Beecham among its customers.
Augustin Holveck, chairman of the company, said: "We recognised that the UK marketplace held great potential for our product. In order to exploit this we needed to appoint a representative.
"JBA's extensive knowledge, expertise and own products made them an ideal choice for us."
