FOUR teachers from a Redcar primary school will be having the drive of their lives at a fundraising event.
Tracey Calvert, Judith Bridgett, Jackie Parkes and Fiona Crowther, teachers at Ings Farm Primary School, Redcar, and are taking part in the Ladies' Driving Challenge at the RAF base at Linton-on-Ouse, on Sunday.
They will drive a variety of vehicles including tanks, JCBs, milk floats and fire engines.
The teachers all have to raise a minimum of £75 each - and youngsters and parents at the school are helping them out.
Miss Calvert said: "The children think it is great, and they think it is funny that their teachers will be driving a fire engine."
To make a donation, call into the school between 9am and 4pm or call (01642) 502644.
