TWO women and a man appeared in court at Harrogate, North Yorkshire, yesterday, to face heroin dealing charges after a police raid on a flat in the town on Thursday.
Lisa Marie Marsland, 21, who rented the flat in Bower Court from the Northern Counties Housing Association and two people who had been living with her, Aaron John Herbert, 27, and Julie Karen Moore, 30, a waitress, all had bail applications rejected.
Magistrates remanded the trio in custody until Friday, on the application of Michael Hammond, prosecuting.
Ms Marsland is accused of six counts of supplying heroin and one of being concerned in the supply of heroin last month.
Mr Herbert and Ms Moore each face a charge of being concerned in the supply of heroin and one of possession of the drug.
