BUSINESS Link Tyne and Wear had a big change on its hands recently.
The experts from the Business and Innovation Centre, in Sunderland, provided guidance for Ian Tunstall, owner of the Changes One record shop, in South Shields, South Tyneside.
As with any successful business, the time came for Mr Tunstall to consider expanding into larger premises, for which he enlisted the help of Business Link Tyne and Wear.
Advisor Margaret Stephenson said: "People tend to think Business Link Tyne and Wear is only concerned with grants, and such relevant information. The reality is that we have a great deal more to offer."
As well as advising Changes One on moving to premises which were three times the size of its original site, Business Link Tyne and Wear provided Mr Tunstall with support to enhance the company's main website, which can be accessed at changesone.co.uk
