MARSKE United and Billingham Town and have been exempted to the second round proper in the FA Carlsberg Vase.
Guisborough Town will be at home to West Allotment Celtic in the second qualifying round of the FA Carlsberg Vase, which takes place on September 22.
Norton and Stockton Ancients have returned to play in the Vase after opting out for the past few seasons.
First qualifying round fixtures include Norton & Stockton Ancients v Nelson and Maine Road v Billingham Synthonia. These games will be played on September 8.
Other FA Vase second round qualifying fixtures for September 22 include: Willington or Parkgate v Cammell Laird, Maine Road or Billingham Synthonia v Horden CW and Norton & Stockton Ancients or Nelson v Garforth Town
