A story in Wednesday July 4 edition of The Northern Echo carried a story about the trial at Newcastle Crown Court of Dean Desilva, who denies taking an indecent photo and possessing an indecent video.
Our report stated that his address was Whitehouse Avenue, Burnhope, County Durham. We are happy to point out that Mr Desilva has never lived at the address.
