A MAN charged with the murder of his teenage wife appeared before Teesside Crown Court yesterday.
Stephen Butters, 41, of High Row, Loftus, east Cleveland, is accused of killing 19-year-old Claire Amy Butters, nee Cummings, in May, shortly after the couple were married. He was remanded in custody, and will reappear on October 29.
