A SHOP manageress is inhaling the sweet smell of success after winning an award.
The success of Sarah Dos Santos in managing The Perfume Shop, in the Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough, was recognised at the firm's management conference.
She was one of just eight managers to receive a Shining Star award for providing exceptional service.
Ms Dos Santos, who has managed the branch for two-and-a-half years, said: "I was really surprised when they announced the award.
"It is a great achievement for the store and all the staff who work in it."
Ms Dos Santos received a plaque and a gift at the conference in Macclesfield.
Company chairman Philip Newton said: "This store has had the most letters and calls from customers saying what brilliant service they have had.
