This Saturday will be the last chance to meet Roman soldiers at Bishop Auckland.
The soldiers will be on guard at the Discovery Centre between 11.30am and 3.30pm to answer questions about Roman military life.
On display will be a replica catapult and medical kit.
During the day there will be free mosaic-making.
The centre, in Bishop Auckland Market Place, is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, between 11am and 4pm
