THE Commission for Health Improvement (CHI) is asking for comments from residents as part of a routine assessment of South Tyneside Healthcare NHS Trust.
The CHI wants to hear from people who wish to talk about their experiences at the trust.
The assessment looks at the management, provision and quality of service provided by the NHS organisation.
