RESIDENTS have been invited to choose a name for their community newsletter in a competition.
There have only been two issues of the newsletter by the Shildon Sunnydale Residents' Association, which does not yet have a name.
People living on the Shildon estate have been asked to choose a name for the booklet, and ballot papers will be delivered to the houses in the next couple of days.
A total of 11 suggestions have been submitted and the winner will receive a £10 gift voucher.
The votes will be counted at the quarterly meeting of the association, which takes place at Sunnydale Leisure Centre on Monday, between 6pm and 8pm.
