WORK on a new sports and activity centre for east Cleveland could start by the end of the year.
The Hollybush Activity Centre in Skelton has been approved by Sport England following a seven-year campaign by local people.
The centre aims to improve the lifestyles of people in the area by providing sports, health and play opportunities and will cost in the region of £1.5m
