Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found at the foot of a tower block of flats on Teesside, early today.
The 43-year-old man, who has not been identified, had apparently fallen from an eighth floor window at Thorntree House, in east Middlesbrough.
A 39-year-old man has been arrested and is helping detectives with their inquiries. The area was cordoned of by police who erected a tent over the site where the body was found.
