A former North Yorkshire market hall could soon be turned into homes and offices.
The site, in Church Street, Pateley Bridge, has been a car showrom since the 1950s.
Nidd Valley Autos wants to replace the garage with three homes with garages, and two offices. Harrogate Borough Council officers recommend approval.
Approval is recommended when Ripon area planning committee of Harrogate Borough Council meet on Tuesday, April 9.
