Bedale Ath 0 v 5 Acklam SW - Bedale Athletic were entertaining current League Champions Acklam Steelworks who were looking for revenge of a 4-1 home defeat.

The home side fielded a weakened side and matched their visitors until the 30th minute when Jamie Clarke making his debut gave Acklam the lead. The only goal of the first half. In the second half Acklam took control and went further ahead in the 57th minute when Clarke was on target for the second time. Six minutes later Dave Mobberley gave the visitors a 3-0 lead and then set up Clarke to secure a goal scoring hat trick debut in the 70th minute before David Birks wrapped up a revenge win with his first of the season.

Cargo Fleet 1 v 1 Richmond Town

Cargo Fleet who lost in the Final of the North Riding County Cup on Wednesday were entertaining Richmond Town, who although out of contention for League honours could put a dent in a number of Clubs who are in the running. The match was very even for the first half, and the match remained at 0-0 going into the half time break. Twenty minutes into the second half Neil Duffy, a Nunthorpe lad, let fly with a 35-yard screamer to give Richmond Town the lead. But Fleet whose hopes of title honours seem to be slipping week by week equalised with ten minutes remaining through Kristian Moloney to earn his side a point.

Guisb Town Res 2 v 3 Carlin How

Basement Club Guisborough Town Reserves shocked visitors Carlin How by racing into a 2-0 lead through Steve Bell in the third minute, and Andrew Parkes in the 17th minute, but Carlin How who lie forth in the table battled back and pulled a goal back in the 20th minute through Jason Draper. Draper with his second of the match and 17th of the season, then struck again five minutes before half time to square the game 2-2 going into the half time break. In the second half both sides pressed for the winner and with six minutes remaining Martin Say with his 13th of the season clinched a 3-2 win for Carlin How.

Hollybush Utd 1 v 1 Grangetown BC

Hollybush United were hoping that they could emulate last season's result against Grangetown Boys Club when they clashed at North Skelton, last season they won 5-0. Their November meeting saw Hollybush hit for six and after only eight minutes the Boys Club looking for all three points to keep their lead intact took the lead following a corner from which Ian Webster scrambled the ball home for his ninth of the season. For the remainder of the half the match swung end to end but at half-time it remained 1-0 to the Boys Club. In the second half the home side pressed forward and were rewarded when a Johnny May corner was glanced home by Ian Crawford to secure a point for his team and put a dent in the Boys Clubs ambitions of clinching the Championship.

Mackinlay Park 1 v 9 Thornaby YC

Redcar side Mackinlay Park crashed to their heaviest defeat of the season when entertaining Thornaby Youth Club, their last heavy defeat was a 9-3 defeat at Whitby against Fishburn Park. The Youth Club who had a good 4-0 win over Wolviston last week were quickly in the lead when Wayne Mahoney opened the scoring in the ninth minute, his fourth of the season. Six minutes later Mac Allen made it 2-0. Gary Morris then added the third in the 25th minute, his first of the season and Darren Humphries made it 4-0 in the 30th minute. An own goal five minutes later made it 5-0 before Robbie Shaw made it 6-0 going into the half time break. Five minutes into the second half Humphries with his second of the match and third of the season made it 7-0. On the hour Shaw with his second of the match and 15th of the season made it 8-0. Brain Walsh then scored a consolation goal for Mackinlay Park in the 70th minute, but Ray Woodhouse wrapped up the match and the scoring with five minutes remaining.

New Marske SC 1, Nunthorpe Ath 2

The only meeting of these two clubs back in early September resulted in a 4-2 win for Nunthorpe Athletic. But hosts New Marske who before today's match were unbeaten at home shook the visitors by taking a 6th minute lead through Jon McMillan's second of the season, this unsettled the visitors and it took until the 35th minute before they really threatened making New Marske keeper Lee Lucas, who was later named as the home side man of the match, into a number of good saves. The home side bounced back and forced Nunthorpe keeper Martin Ball into a good double save. The match then swung end-to-end but no further goals were forthcoming going into the half time break. Ten minutes into the second half the home side were reduced to ten men, this lifted Nunthorpe who drew level through Gary Hyde. The visitors who were looking to put the pressure on league leaders Grangetown Boys Club pushed forward with the home side defending deep into their own half and with seven minutes left of the watch Hyde, who was the Nunthorpe man of the match snatched his second of the match and 11th of the season to grab all three points and reduced the gap to one with the Boys Club being held to a 1-1 draw at North Skelton against the Hollybush.

Stokesley SC 1 v 2 BEADS FC

Stokesley Sports Club with two league wins behind them entertained Middlesbrough side BEADS, when the pair met back in September, Stokesley won a tight game 3-2. But it was the visitors who took the lead after only eight minutes when Jason Kamara with his second of the season scored. The home side pressed forward and were rewarded in the 22nd minute when Jonathan Best opened his account in only his second outing since his transfer from Carlin How. In the second half the visitors were on top and ten minutes into the second half Tony Robinson had the best chance for the visitors but his shot hit the bar, but in the next attack David Leopard with his first for BEADS scored what turned out to be the winner.

Thornaby 1 v 1 Fishburn Park

Thornaby without a win since their MacMillan Bowl victor over BEADS five matches ago, were entertaining Whitby side Fishburn Park who beat Cargo Fleet last week. The hosts took the lead after only fifteen minutes when Gary Wyatt with his tenth of the season scored. The Whitby side pressed forward but were still 1-0 behind going into half time break. On the hour Fishburn drew level after pressing forward and Michael Hall with his 14th of the season scored to earn his side a point.

Wolviston Res 2 v 1 Whitby Town Res

Wolviston Reserves who were well beaten by Thornaby Youth Club last week were entertaining Whitby Town Reserves who also lost away to Stokesley.

In an entertaining match Ian Thompson with his fifth of the season gave Wolviston a fifth minute lead. The visitors pressed forward but were unable to make any impression on the score and at half time they trailed 1-0. In the second half the visitors took control and in the 67th minute Yan Ankomah with his 11th of the season made it all square.

But the hosts fought back and with ten minutes remaining Craig Leslie with his first of the season snatch all three points.
