A CARE home will celebrate spring this weekend by opening its grounds to the public.
This Sunday, people will be able to explore the grounds of Durham's Christ's Hospital, which is also known as Sherburn Hospital, from 2pm to 4pm - and Joanne Carr was on hand yesterday to make sure the hospital's mile-long Daffodil Walk was looking at its best. Entrance costs 50p and cream teas will be available for £1. All proceeds will go towards the home's running costs.
