TYNESIDE chartered surveyors Naylors has been appointed by UK Land Estates to act as joint agents for the Waterfront development at Newburn Riverside in Newcastle.
Naylors has been involved in many of the region's big commercial property schemes since it was established in 1990.
Managing director Bill Naylor said the firm was delighted to be working alongside UK Land Estates on the Waterfront. The development was a great addition to Naylor's portfolio and one of the region's best commercial property schemes.
The Waterfront development is the first phase of the biggest regeneration scheme in the North-East.
Situated near the A1 and close to Newcastle, it has excellent communication links with the rest of the region.
The business park has 300,000sq ft of purpose- built industrial and office space.
